Introducing SAVIOR 2.0: The Next Generation of Personal Safety
We're excited to announce the launch of SAVIOR 2.0, featuring enhanced emergency response, longer battery life, and improved motorcycle integration.

We're excited to announce the release of version 2.5 of the SAVIOR mobile app, available now for both iOS and Android devices. This update brings several new features and improvements based on your feedback, all designed to enhance your safety experience and make the app more intuitive to use.
If you haven't updated yet, we encourage you to do so to take advantage of these new capabilities. Let's take a look at what's new in this release.
We've completely redesigned the app's dashboard to provide a clearer overview of your SAVIOR device status and quick access to essential features. The new dashboard shows your device's battery level, connection status, and last known location at a glance.
The emergency button is now more prominent and easier to access, with a new slide-to-confirm mechanism that prevents accidental activation while still allowing for quick use in emergencies.
We've also added customizable widgets that allow you to place your most-used features directly on the dashboard. Whether you frequently check your location history or monitor your motorcycle's status, you can now access these features with a single tap.

Location sharing has been enhanced with new options for both emergency and non-emergency situations. You can now share your real-time location with selected contacts for a specified duration, perfect for when you're traveling alone or in unfamiliar areas.
The new 'Journey Tracking' feature allows you to set up automated location sharing for specific trips. Simply set a destination and estimated arrival time, and if you don't check in upon arrival, your selected contacts will be notified and can see your last known location.
For privacy, we've added granular controls that let you specify exactly who can see your location and when. All location data is encrypted end-to-end and automatically deleted after the sharing period ends.
Managing your emergency contacts is now easier with the new contact management interface. You can organize contacts into groups (e.g., family, friends, colleagues) and specify which groups should be notified in different types of emergencies.
We've added support for international phone numbers with automatic formatting and verification to ensure that alerts can be sent correctly to contacts worldwide. The app now also checks if your contacts have WhatsApp installed for more reliable messaging.
A new 'Contact Schedule' feature lets you specify when each contact is typically available, helping the system prioritize alerts to contacts who are most likely to respond quickly at any given time.

For users who have connected their SAVIOR to a motorcycle, we've added new features to enhance security and provide more information about your vehicle. The app now shows your motorcycle's last known location, battery status, and whether the engine is running.
The remote disable feature has been refined with new options for gradual power reduction and automatic re-enabling after a specified period. This provides more flexibility in how you secure your motorcycle in different situations.
We've also added support for multiple vehicles, allowing you to connect your SAVIOR to more than one motorcycle and switch between them easily in the app.
Behind the scenes, we've made significant improvements to the app's performance and reliability. The app now uses less battery power while running in the background, and we've optimized data usage to reduce your mobile data consumption.
Connection reliability has been enhanced with better handling of poor network conditions and automatic reconnection when signal is restored. The app now also caches important data locally, ensuring that you can access critical information even without an internet connection.
We've also improved the app's startup time and overall responsiveness, particularly on older devices, to ensure that everyone can benefit from these new features regardless of their device's specifications.
To update to the latest version of the SAVIOR app, simply visit the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play Store (for Android devices) and check for updates. The app should update automatically if you have auto-updates enabled.
After updating, you'll be guided through a brief tour of the new features the first time you open the app. We've also added a new 'What's New' section in the app's settings menu where you can review these changes at any time.
We're committed to continuously improving the SAVIOR experience based on your feedback. If you have suggestions for future updates or encounter any issues with the new version, please contact our support team through the app or visit our website.
Thank you for choosing SAVIOR as your personal safety companion. We're excited to continue this journey with you and look forward to bringing you more enhancements in the future.
